THESSALY, Herakleia Trachinia. Circa 360s-350s BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 16mm, 3.75 g 6). Head of lion to left, with closed mouth; below jaws, retrograde Σ.

no letter on the obverse). SNG Copenhagen 68 var. Rare. Dark green patina. Good very fine.
Said to have been found in southern Bulgaria.
