Macrinus. AD 217-218. Æ Sestertius (28mm, 19.45 g, 11h). Rome mint. Struck AD 217-218. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, with long beard / Securitas standing left, holding scepter, leaning on column. RIC IV 144 var. (younger features); Banti 273 (same obv. die). VF, dark brown patina. Only one known to Banti with this portrait type.
