GAUL, Massalia. Circa 525/0-480/70 BC. AR Obol (10mm, 1.16 g). Auriol type. Diademed head of Apollo right / Quadripartite incuse square. Furtwängler group Cβ, dies 15/8; SNG Copenhagen -; Jameson 6 (this coin); Weber 14 (same dies). Good VF, toned, excellent metal. Fine style.
