CHINA, Empire. Qīng (Ch’ing) Dynasty. Xiánfēng (Hsien-fêng). 1850-1861. Æ 50 Cash (53mm, 45.83 g, 12h). Sūzhōu mint in Jiāngsū (Kiangsu) province. Cast circa 1854-1855. “xián fēng zhòng bǎo,” in Hànzì / “boo su,” in Manchu script to left and right; “dàng wǔshí” in Hànzì above and below. Hartill 22.904; Hartill Qing 17.108. Good VF, dark gray-brown surfaces.
