Phase B, circa 1205(?)-circa 1230. + LЄ RЄI WILAm, crowned head left, holding scepter surmounted by three pellets and with two pellets on shaft / + hЄNRI LЄ RV(horizontal and retrograde S), voided short cross; four stars of six points each in quarters.
