LUCANIA, Thourioi. Circa 400-350 BC. Fourrée Nomos (21mm, 6.39 g, 5h). Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with Skylla scanning; palmette on neck guard / Bull butting right; below, swan with spread wings standing right; in exergue, fish right. HN Italy 1792; SNG ANS 1051 corr. (swan not described). VF for type, toned, a few deposits, core exposed and two small areas.
