AEOLIS, Myrina. Circa 155-145 BC. AR Tetradrachm (32mm, 16.85 g, 12h). Stephanophoric type. Laureate head of Apollo right / Apollo Grynios standing right, holding branch and phiale; monogram to left, omphalos and amphora at feet; all within laurel wreath. Sacks Issue 33, obv. die 58 (unlisted for issue), same rev. die as illustration 33.56a; CNG 63, lot 453; Gorny & Mosch 122, lot 1390 (same rev. die); Markov 11, lot 71 (same rev. die). Good VF, toned, light porosity. Very rare issue, only one example known to Sacks.
