Although R. Ashton has published numerous articles on the pseudo-Rhodian coinage from Greece, the islands, and western Asia minor, this particular issue has not been the subject of any of these studies. In any event, hoard evidence suggests this issue is related to the various pseudo-Rhodian issues associated with the Third Macedonian War.
