Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right vis-à-vis draped bust of Tranquillina left, wearing stephane / Tyche Soterios (Fortuna Redux), holding rudder and cornucopia, standing facing within tetrastyle temple façade; pellet in pediment, E (mark of value) to left. H&J, Marcianopolis, 6.38.46.2 (same dies as illustration); Varbanov 2057. Near EF, green patina, area of flat strike in legends. Rare.
