strategus. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Isis standing facing, wearing crown, head right, holding long scepter surmounted by globe and situla. SNG München 378 corr. (Athena; same obv. die); cf. BMC 25-6 (described as Aesculapius) cf. Waddington 1266 (same); cf. Mionnet III 22 (same) and 23 (Isis). Good VF, dark brown patina with earthen deposits in devices. Very rare.
