Laureate head of bearded Janus; in center, a cylindrical altar round which a serpent is entwined / Prow of galley right; I (mark of value) to right. Crawford 348/5; Sydenham 709. VF, dark green-brown and red patina, minor roughness, some light cleaning marks.
