A. Plautius. 55 BC. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.87 g, 5h). Rome mint. Turreted head of Cybele right / Bacchius kneeling right beside his camel, holding reins and olive branch. Crawford 431/1; Sydenham 932; Plautia 13. Good VF, gray and iridescent toning, a light scratch below camel.
