Heraclius, with Heraclius Constantine. 610-641. AV Solidus (20mm, 4.27 g, 7h). Constantinople mint, 2nd officina. Struck 629-631. Crowned facing busts of Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine; cross above / Cross potent on three steps; monogram to right; B//CONOB. DOC 32 var. (officina); SB 757. VF.
A curious coin. The monogram on the reverse has been partially erased from the die and the “B” denoting the officina cut over another letter.
