Early, 31.2. VF, lightly toned obverse with orange hues around the devices, a few small scratches above on the rev., obverse and reverse not perfectly centred.
This looks like a new reverse die, very close to the one illustrated in Lorber, 30.2(a) but with a different angle of the horse’s l. foreleg.
