Young male head r., hair in small curls and bound by tainia / ΠEI-PA-ΣI-EON from lower r., up to l. and circular, retrograde, naked warrior, seen three-quarter l. from behind, helmeted and in fighting attitude, holding shield with l. and horizontal spear with r. Pendleton O 1 (O1/R1) these dies. Good Fine, toned, a few light scratches on the rev. high points,
the third known obol with obverse type to right.
