THESSALY, Skotussa. Early to mid 4th century BC. AR Hemidrachm (16mm, 2.79 g, 3h). Head of Herakles r. wearing lion’s skin headdress / Σ-KO below, forepart of bridled horse walking r., being led by its rein, all in concave circle. SNG Lockett 1616 (this coin). VF, nice old collection toning; surfaces very slightly porous; an attractive coin. From the collection of R. C. Lockett.
