ISLANDS off THESSALY, Skiathos. 4th century BC. Æ Chalkous (15mm, 1.62 g, 12h). Youthful diademed male head r. / ΣKI r. down, AʘI l. down, kerykeion, to r. kantharos; all in circular concave field. The exact type not found in consulted references. Fair, dark green patina; the obverse and part of the reverse with rough surfaces.

Youthful diademed male head l. / ΣKI l. up, AʘI r. down, kerykeion with spiked end for standing on the ground, to l., trophy. Rogers 574, fig. 324 var. [same obverse die and reverse symbol but inscription differently disposed]; SNG Soutzos 405. Good Fine, light green patina; well struck and centred; surfaces a little rough.

Youthful diademed male head l. / [Σ]KI r. down, Aʘ[I] l. down, kerykeion, to r. kantharos; all in circular concave field. The exact type not found in consulted references. Fine, rough surfaces in light and medium brown hues.

Youthful diademed male head r. / ΣKI r. down, AʘI l. down, kerykeion, to r. harpa or dolphin downwards; all in concave field. Traité IV, 774, pl. CCCII, 12 (same obverse die). Near Fine, green patina; obverse softly struck. 
Acquired from Leu, January 1975, for CHF 60 and from the old stock of Jacob Hirsch with his ticket.Babelon does not mention that there is a symbol to the r. of the kerykeion although it is very clear on the plate photograph.
