[AV K ΠOΛ]O VAΛЄPIANOC, radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / ΘЄCCAΛΩN KOINON, Nike, holding wreath in extended right hand, reins in left hand, driving triga galloping right; Γ (mark of value) below horses. Burrer, MA-G 49 (same obv. die); Rogers 129, fig. 49. Good Fine, brown patina with some red areas.

This coin is struck from the same obverse die used for the tetrassarion in lot 988.2, above.
