Head of Athena right, wearing earring, necklace, and crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves over visor and a spiral palmette on the bowl / Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent behind, AΘE to right; all within incuse square. Flament group I, 3/e; Kroll 8; SNG Copenhagen –; SNG München 46; Dewing 1591. Good VF, slight porosity. Impressive owl.
