Head of Athena right, wearing earring, necklace, and crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves over visor and a spiral palmette on the bowl / Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent behind, AΘE to right; all within incuse square. Cf. Flament group II, 27/k (for similar prototype); Kroll 9; SNG München 58. EF, toned, edge split (revealing copper core). An exceptional ancient forgery.
