Barley grain; head of a caduceus above and behind, ••• (mark of value) below / Star of sixteen rays. Thurlow & Vecchi 213 var. (no caduceus); Haeberlin pl. 67, 20 and 22; HN Italy 375. Good VF, dark green and brown patina. Very rare with caduceus.
