[IMP] TITVS CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M, laureate head left / TR P VIIII IMP XIIII COS VII, Venus, seen half from behind, naked except for drapery around hips, standing right, resting left elbow on column, holding transverse spear in left hand and helmet in extended right hand. RIC II 16; RSC 268a var. (P P at end of obv. legend); BMCRE 11 var. (same); BN -. EF, attractively toned, some green deposits. Boldly struck. Very rare.
