NORMAN, Civil War. nomine ‘King Henry’. Circa 1150. AR Penny (19mm, 1.14 g, 6h). Mealmesburh (Malmesbury) mint; Jordan, moneyer. H:EN[ ... ] +, crowned bust right, holding scepter / [+ I]ORDΛNVS ON MELMS[ ... ], cross moline, with inward-facing fleur in each quarter. Cf.
