Young head of Dionysos right, wearing ivy-wreath / PARIWN left, Demeter seated left on cista, holding grain ears in right hand, lotus-tipped sceptre in left; magistrate ARISTODHM. BMC Crete pg. 114, 16; Boston MFA Supplement 134 (same reverse die); Dewing 1966 var. (magistrate). Lightly toned, near EF, well centered and quite attractive. Very rare. ($5000)
