Domitian. As Caesar, AD 69-81. Æ As (27mm, 10.60 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 76-77. Laureate and draped bust right / Aequitas standing left, holding scales and rod. RIC II 930 (Vespasian; same obv. die as illustration for 928 [a dupondius]). VF, dark green patina, some light roughness. Rare and interesting mule.
RIC records only one specimen of this variety, sold on Ebay (perhaps this coin?).
