KINGS of PAEONIA. Patraos. Circa 335-315 BC. AR Tetradrachm (23mm, 12.91 g, 4h). Laureate head of Apollo right / Warrior on horse rearing right, spearing enemy who defends with shield and spear. Paeonian Hoard 148 (this coin?); SNG ANS 1034 (same obv. die?). VF, toned.
Unfortunately weights are not given for the Paeonian Hoard coins and not all the coin are illustrated. This coin shares the obverse die of 140 and is the same die axis as #148. This coin has the same toning and surfaces of other coins this cataloger has seen from the Paeonian Hoard so perhaps this is coin #148.
