Germanicus. Died AD 19. Æ Dupondius (29mm, 15.12 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Gaius (Caligula), AD 37-41. Germanicus driving triumphal quadriga right, holding eagle-tipped scepter and reins / Germanicus standing left, raising hand and holding aquila. RIC I 57 (Gaius). Good VF, brown-green patina, smoothing, area of fill on reverse.
