ISLAMIC, Umayyad Caliphate. Circa 670s-early 690s. Æ Fals (20mm, 2.79 g, 12h). Tartus (Antaradus) mint. Facing imperial style bust; bi-tardus to left, KAΛωN to right / Large M; [crescent] and cross above, ANT-AP(OV) flanking, Δ below, tayyib in exergue. Walker 55; SICA 1, 559 (same dies?); Album 3525. VF, dark green patina that is slightly chipped on the high points. Very rare.
