From the collection of P. Tan, ex Classical Numismatic Group 84, 5 May 2010, 729.
This coin was overstruck on a tetradrachm of Vespasian from Antioch, dating from 69/70. On the present obverse there are considerable traces of Vespasian’s titles; on the reverse there are equally considerable traces of those of Titus, along with the remains of his profile portrait (as RPC II, 1940/1).
