Laureate bust right, slight drapery / LIBERALITAS AVGVSTI V, Alexander seated left on curule chair set on platform; before, Liberalitas standing left, holding abacus and cornucopia; behind, an officer and a soldier standing left; to left, tiny figure of citizen mounting steps. RIC IV 534; BMCRE 948; Banti 44. Good VF, dark brown surfaces, minor flan split. Rare.

The fifth liberalitas issue was a donative commemorating the conclusion of Alexander’s Persian war.
