Laureate male head right / Hibernia seated left on harp, holding flower and pole. Zelinka 7-E; Nelson-Vlack 3; DF 574; Whitman W-13930; Breen 227. VF, even light brown surfaces. Popular variety featuring a die crack in the ‘C’ of ‘VOCE,’ giving the appearance of a second ‘O’.
