Struck from 17 July 1346. + PҺILIPPVS : DЄI : GRΛCIΛ : FRΛnCORVM : RЄX (double saltire stops), Philippe seated facing on elaborate gothic throne, holding scepter surmounted by Hand of Justice in left hand and lis-tipped scepter in right / + : XP’C : VInCIT : XP’C : RЄGИAT : XP’C : IMPЄRΛT (triple annulet stops), voided and arched cross fleurée, with quatrefoil at center and voided quatrefoil at each limb; all within double polylobe, with inward-facing lis at each spandrel and crown in each arch.
