CARIA, Uncertain mint. 5th century BC. AR Trihemiobol(?) (10mm, 1.17 g, 11h). Facing gorgoneion with protruding tongues surrounded by four wings in counter-clockwise direction / Winged female figure running right, looking back, within incuse square. Unpublished in the standard references, but for a triobol with the same unusual obverse type and a harpy on the reverse cf. Traité II 1606, pl. CXLV, 1 = de Luynes 2751. VF, toned, a bit porous. Extremely rare.
