New Kingdom. 1550-1075 BC. Steatite scarab (14x9mm). Back finely decorated with dotted lines. Base engraved with symmetrical cartouches with the name of Tuthmosis III flanked by uraei. Some damage on back and base, traces of original green glaze, pierced for mounting.
