BRUTTIUM, Kroton. Circa 425-350 BC. AR Nomos (19mm, 7.41 g, 11h). Eagle standing right, with wings displayed and head raised / Tripod with legs terminating in lion's feet; bay leaf to left. HN Italy 2148; SNG ANS 345 (same dies). Good VF, dark iridescent tone, minor scratch across eagle’s breast.
