IONIA, Magnesia ad Maeandrum. Circa 155-145 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 16.96 g, 12h). Stephanophoric type. Erasippos, son of Aristeos, “magistrate”. Diademed and draped bust of Artemis right, bow and quiver over shoulder / Apollo Delphios standing left, left elbow resting on tall tripod behind, holding in right hand a branch tied with fillet; EPAΣIΠΠOΣ APIΣTEOY to left, MAΓNHTΩN to right, meander pattern below; all within laurel wreath. Jones obv. die 32; SNG von Aulock 2042; SNG Copenhagen –; Norman Davis 211 (same obv. die). EF, gray toning with golden hues around the devices, a couple tiny die breaks and light scratches under tone on obverse.
