Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ Sestertius (33mm, 21.94 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck AD 134-138. Bareheaded and draped bust left / ADVENTVI AVG ITALIAE, Hadrian, togate, standing right, raising hand and holding volumen, facing Italia, wearing tunic, standing left, sacrficing from patera over altar and holding cornucopia; sacrificial victim to right of altar. RIC II 888; Banti 36. Near VF, rough red and brown surfaces. Very rare with left facing bust.
