CILICIA, Germanicopolis. Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ (24mm, 6.18 g, 5h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Zeus standing left, holding phiale and scepter; at feet, eagle standing left, head right, with wings folded, holding wreath in beak. SNG Levante 573 (same dies); SNG France 756 (same dies). Good VF, hard black-green patina with earthen overtones, some adjustment marks on reverse. Attractive provincial portrait.
