CILICIA, Tarsus. Septimius Severus. AD 193-211. Æ (38mm, 22.27 g, 6h). Laureate and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind, slight drapery on shoulder / Tyche of Tarsus seated left, river god Cydnus at feet, being offered wreaths by the Tyches of Cilicia, Isauria, and Lycaonia. SNG Levante 1023 = SNG von Aulock 6001 (this coin); SNG France 1472. Good VF, dark green patina, area of weak strike on reverse and high point of obverse. Rare.
