Charles standing facing within ornate Gothic archway, holding lis-tipped scepter / Voided cross quadrilobée over long cross fleurée, with central pellet-in-quadrilobe and ends terminating in lis; all within quadrilobe with trefoil in each point and crown in each spandrel.
