New Kingdom. 19th Dynasty. Ramesses II (circa 1279-1213 BC). Steatite scarab (20x14mm). Base engraved with the cartouche of Ramesses II between Maat feathers. Cf. Matouk I, 639. Small chips on the back, grayish-green glaze, pierced for mounting.
