2nd Intermediate Period. Circa 1650-1550 BC. Steatite scarab (19x13mm). Base divided in four registers with two spirals on each; on top, a roughly executed Horus falcon with wings spread as a protection; at the bottom, possibly a neb basket. Intact, once glazed, pierced for mounting.
