New Kingdom. Circa 1550-1075 BC. Steatite scarab (17x12mm). Back carved as a scarab in relief on his legs. Base engraved with roughly carved protection signs. For a similar back, cf. NFA 205-7; Matouk 1265-7. Intact, traces of green glaze, pierced for mounting.
