CALABRIA, Tarentum. Circa 280-272 BC. AR Nomos (20mm, 6.44 g, 1h). Youth on horseback right, crowning horse with wreath; AP monogram behind, [ΔAMYΛOΣ below] / Phalanthos, holding cornucopia, trident and shield adorned with hippocamp, astride dolphin left. Vlasto 750–2; HN Italy 1008. Good VF, toned, die break on obverse, double struck on reverse.
