Aelia Ariadne. Augusta, AD 474-515. AV Tremissis (14mm, 1.46 g, 6h). Constantinople mint. AEL ARI AUNE AVG (sic), pearl-diademed and draped bust right / Cross within wreath; CONOB*. RIC X 933a; cf. MIRB 17 (for type); cf. Depeyrot 108/6 (same). Fine, a few light scrapes on obverse, wavy flan. Extremely rare.
