CILICIA, Philadelphia. Maximinus I. AD 235-238. Æ (28mm, 10.04 g, 6h). Radiate bust right, slight drapery, wearing cuirass with gorgoneion on breastplate / Zeus standing left, holding patera and scepter. SNG France 762 (same obv. die); SNG Levante –; SNG Levante Suppl. 146 (same dies). Near VF, greenish-brown patina with a light dusting of earthen deposits, flan flaws.
