Byzantion 1885 (V1/R1) = Varbanov 1579 (R8) = BMC p. 92, 1; see also CNG 64, lot 582 (same dies); CNG e81, lot 57 (same rev. die). Near VF, green patina, smoothing/cleaning scratches in fields. Very rare, the British Museum coin being the only specimen cited in all of the specialized references.
