The Rosen catalog notes that the entry for the Vourla hoard in IGCH designates Samos as the mint for this issue, but J. P. Barron disagrees. The Rosen catalog simply places it at an uncertain mint in Asia Minor, while von Aulock gave it to an uncertain mint in Ionia.
