The Triumvirs. Octavian and Divus Julius Caesar. 38 BC. Æ Sestertius (or Dupondius?) (31mm, 18.34 g, 2h). Uncertain South Italian mint. Bare head right; DIVI F behind, [six-rayed star] before / DIVVI (sic)/IVLIVS in two lines within wreath. Crawford 535/2; CRI 309; RPC I 621. Fine, green surfaces, heavily smoothed and tooled (“DIVVI” should read “DIVOS”).
