Macrinus. AD 217-218. Æ Dupondius (27mm, 13.45 g, 12h). Rome mint. 1st emission, spring AD 217. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, wearing short beard / Jupiter standing facing, head left, holding thunderbolt and scepter. RIC IV 187; Szaivert series 3. Fine, brown-green patina, rough. Very rare denomination for Macrinus.
